News breaking this afternoon relates that the NWC of the APC upholds Jide Sanwo- Olu as its aspirant for the 2019 governorship election in Lagos.What taxes the mind of many party faithfuls is how this development will not affect the party at the polls come 2019. The
spirit of statesmanship displayed by HE Akinwumi Ambode in his result acceptance speech is highly commendable.
Now all hands should be on deck to work for the success of the new flag,- bearer at the polls for continuity is what has made Lagos State the first among equals since 1999.
